Claudia Casey has over two decades of corporate financial management experience in start-up, turnaround and global public
company environments.
Claudia's prior positions include CFO at Busybox.com, Inc., and Corporate Controller and Secretary at Tencor Instruments,
Inc. During her seventeen-year tenure at Tencor, Claudia's contributions ranged from developing the company's early
operational and financial systems to managing the financial aspects of its initial public offering, follow-on offerings, and
various mergers and acquisitions.
Claudia's expertise includes GAAP general and cost accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, international
consolidation, mergers & acquisitions, tax planning and compliance, and financial systems implementation and conversion.
