Paul Gaumnitz has over 30 years of senior management and investment experience. He has invested in multiple
expansion and early stage healthcare and technology companies, and is a limited partner in two venture capital funds.
He was the CEO of two successful private equity or venture capital backed companies. Paul has negotiated the purchase
of over 30 companies and successfully sold seven privately held businesses and five businesses that were owned by public
companies.
Paul has held multiple operationally focused executive positions in health care and financial services, including CEO
Women's' Health Products Division and Vice President, PolyMedica Corporation (NASDAQ; PLMD); President & CEO American Hearing Centers, Inc.;
CEO, Hospice Management Partners, Inc.; CFO, Long Term Care Physicians, Inc.; President & CEO - John Hancock Leasing Corporation; President,
Equipment Finance - Dart & Kraft Financial Corporation..
Paul is currently a member of the board of directors of Aridien, Inc, a Mesa portfolio company. He also serves on the board of The
Foundation for Hospice Care, Inc, MembersFirst, Inc. and General Tours Inc.
