Ned Goss has more than 20 years of management, investment, and M&A experience.
He has managed and combined a series of companies of the size and variety which Mesa
targets. Prior to joining Mesa, Ned had 15 years of senior management background in
manufacturing, distribution, and advanced materials. He has acquired businesses and
product lines for both private investment groups and corporations.
In addition, Ned has 10 years of corporate investment and transaction experience.
He is a former Managing Director of Concord Partners, a middle market investment bank;
a General Partner and Limited Partner of Gemini Investors, LP, a middle market private
equity group; and a Principal of the Diamond Group, an industrial LBO holding company.
Ned was also President of Defense Diamond and American Now, LLC.
