As an analyst, trader and associate for several financial institutions, Anant Vashi brings nine years of analytic
experience to Mesa Capital Partners. Prior to joining Mesa, Anant conducted due diligence analysis and portfolio
management duties as an associate with MWV Pinnacle, a $25 million Cleveland-based private equity fund. With Shorebank
Enterprise Group in Cleveland, Anant provided a diversity of analytic support to both debt and equity commercial
investments. Prior to private company investment work, Anant managed a trading portfolio of NASDAQ and NYSE listed
securities for Electronic Trading Group in New York, implementing several arbitrage trading strategies.
Anant has a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College in Santa Fe. He also has an M.A. in Economics from the New
School in New York, and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
